Pin Shan Real Estate Development acquired two plots of land in early 2019, in Taichung's West and South Districts. Today we completed the boundary survey for the Dayong site in West District, and design work is now fully under way. In 18 months, this empty lot will become a corner villa facing two roads with daylight on three sides.
