國家建築金質獎在國內的建築業有著一定的地位及象徵，能獲得首獎更是一種殊榮。今年第22屆的國家建築金質獎，總統蔡英文在11月30日於總統府接見得獎代表時表示肯定今年的得獎作品，在規劃設計與施工品質方面都有令人驚艷的表現，也顯示國內的建築業一直不斷進步。
成立至今不到兩年的品山建設，秉持著｢以人為本」的規劃理念，用心看待每一處建築個案。外觀設計上特別與眾不同，企圖創造地標性建築，室內空間方面，則是著重符合使用者日常生活型態，依人體尺度貼心設計。因為這樣的理念堅持，讓品山建設｢品美墅」榮獲今年國家建築金質獎全國首獎的肯定。
The National Architecture Golden Award holds a significant place in Taiwan's construction industry, and winning first prize is a great honor. At the 22nd awards this year, President Tsai Ing-wen received the winners at the Presidential Office on November 30, praising this year's works for impressive planning, design and construction quality, and noting that the industry continues to improve.
Founded less than two years ago, Pin Shan Real Estate Development follows a people-first planning philosophy and treats every project with care. Its exteriors are designed to stand apart, aiming to create landmark buildings, while its interiors are shaped around residents' daily routines and human scale. This commitment earned Pin Shan Real Estate Development's Pin Mei Shu the national first prize at this year's National Architecture Golden Award.
