Pin Shan believes a building should not only look good but also be good to live in. Our projects pair fresh, timeless exteriors with thoughtful interior planning, and they have won buyers' hearts — Pin Da Yong, Senzhishi and Pin Mei Shu all sold out in succession. This year we took another step forward: after judges considered our sound management, brand strength and good after-sales service, Pin Shan was certified as a 2021 National Excellent Builder.
