品山森織適已於今年9月份全數交屋，緊接著也召開第一次區分所有權人大會，會議主要目的是通過「社區管理規約」與「管委會選舉成立」。
這次會議是所有住戶第一次聚在一起，品山將事先擬定的社區管理規約逐條說明解釋，讓住戶充份了解規約內容，經由全體住戶討論修正後通過。期間也讓住戶發言提問，會中品山建設各部門主管即時回應。
All units of Pin Shan Senzhishi were handed over this September, followed by the first general meeting of owners. Its main purpose was to adopt the community regulations and elect the management committee.
This was the first time all residents gathered together. Pin Shan explained the draft community regulations clause by clause so residents fully understood them, and they were adopted after discussion and revision by all owners. Residents were also invited to ask questions, and the heads of Pin Shan Real Estate Development's departments answered on the spot.
