After two years of construction, our Pin Shan Fengjing in Beitun is complete, and handover to owners has recently been finished.
After handover, Pin Shan organized the first owners' meeting, bringing all residents together for the first time to get to know one another and to hear Pin Shan's account of how the community was built. Many residents shared their hopes for life here, in a warm and constructive exchange. Another highlight of the meeting was electing the first management committee for the coming year, which was chosen smoothly. The common facilities have since been formally handed over, and Pin Shan Fengjing now officially belongs to its residents. From here on, we remain everyone's support, in an assisting role.
We also thank the partner contractors and our colleagues in construction, sales and design who worked quietly behind this community — and of course the residents who truly understand architecture. Pin Shan is fortunate to have you all!
